Where are you located? Do you travel?

We are located in Cranford, NJ. Travel within 30 miles of Cranford is included in the base pricing on our packages and we charge $2 per mile extra, both ways, for any event more than 30 miles from 07016. Southside Social can join any event between NJ, NY, PA, & CT. Contact us so we can discuss the details.

Do you provide the alcohol, mixers, and glassware?

While the client is responsible for the payment of these items, we pride ourselves on being a “one stop shop”. We can help process the alcohol order through our preferred vendor and ensure prompt delivery of all items with no effort from you. We also have soda, juice, & garnish package add-ons. In addition to our concierge package which provides, eco straws, cups, party napkins, ice, and more. Let us do the work, so you can enjoy.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance up to 2 Million Dollars. It is included in the administrative fee for each rental. We are a registered Limited Liability Company, and our staff carries NJ TIPS certification for safe alcohol service.

What is your payment process and cancellation policy?

We require a 50% deposit on all events booked to secure your date. The balance must be paid within 15 days of your event.

If you cancel 60 days or more before your event, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $350 administrative fee. If you cancel 30 days or more before your event, you’ll receive 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, your event will not be refunded.

What packages do you offer?

Our main goal is to make event bars easy and fun no matter the budget. Having a small intimate gathering and are looking for the basics? We do that! Having a 150 person wedding with all the bells and whistles, we do that too! No event is too big or too small for Southside Social. We will work with you to fit your budget and vision.

Can we add our own decor?

Absolutely, and we loving styling our rig tailored to your special event. While we have decor on hand, we are able to work within the vision and theme that you would like executed. We welcome your own decor, but kindly ask that they not permanently modify the trailer or require certain hooks, tape, or glue.

What are the specifications of your rig? What are you able to serve?

Our rig is 10X10 ft. It is outfitted with two large service openings, four CO2 taps, plumbing, and an electrical hookup. We require as close to level ground as possible and open access for easy placement and removal.

We are able to serve virtually anything and more than just alcohol! Some examples include speciality cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, sodas, fresh juices, coffee, and hot chocolate just to name a few. Additionally we are able to use our tap tower to pour kegged beer, wine, cocktails, kombucha, and punches. Keg usage will require an additional fee for extra ice, CO2, and handling.
