How It Works.

 

Step One: Inquiry

Send us general information about your event. We want to hear all about it! We will schedule a quick call to chat about your ideal beverage service.
 

Step Two: Proposal

After our initial chat, we will draft up a proposal based on your needs and budget and email it for your review.
 

Step Three: Contract & Deposit

An event contract will be presented after all the fine tuning of your proposal is complete. You will sign the agreement and remit a 50% deposit. Your date will officially be booked!

Step Four: Consultation/Tasting

About 90 days before your event (or less if you book closer to your event), we will sit down for a consultation. Virtually or in-person, this is where we finalize details, align expectations, and clarify any last questions. If you choose a package with specialty cocktails, we will do a complimentary in-person tasting to nail down the perfect drinks. Come thirsty! 

Step Five: Event Execution

We will arrive about two hours before your event time to set-up, unload the alcohol delivery, and stock the bar. As your guests start to arrive, our eye-catching mobile bar will be there to get the party started and give you and your guests a cocktail experience they won't soon forget. It's that easy!
