Melissa Hoffman

Mel got into the service industry in 2011 to help pay her way through college at Rutgers University. After working in various sectors, she always found herself drawn back to the energy, creativity, and good times serving guests at various restaurants and events. She will take the lead on crafting SS’s cocktail menu, sales coordination, and event promotions.

Mel loves many wine varietals, bright summer drinks, and fresh herb syrups.

Jamar Ingram

co-founder & operations director

Affectionally known as “Jammer”, Jamar was introduced 8 years ago to the industry through a friend’s retail wine & spirits shops where he worked at the helm of inventory and stock in Mountainside. Through the opportunity to interact with top alcohol purveyors, he has seen the sales side of home bar and event ordering and soon became the beer manager. He will take the lead on SS’s event logistics and operations management.

Jamar loves a well-balanced IPA, a shooter of Irish Whiskey (he was born on St. Patrick’s Day!), and a robust red wine.
